Lynn Erger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and VP of People & Culture at Addigy, a Miami-based tech company, Lynn has played a pivotal role in driving people strategy within innovative software environments. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources at Brady, where emphasis was placed on gun safety awareness, and Director of People Ops at BlackHorse Solutions, Inc., contributing to national security efforts through cyber capabilities. Lynn's career also includes strategic positions at WCG, Flynn Intel Group, Greater Intell, CW, Kaseya, VOA-National Headquarters, and WorldWide Retail Exchange/Agentrics, consistently focusing on organizational development, talent management, and human resources strategy.
