Dražen Kvež

Dražen Kvež has a comprehensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent role as Managing Director Group Human Resources at Addiko Bank AG starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Group Compensation & Benefits at Addiko Bank Hrvatska from March 2016 to December 2022. Dražen also has a background in HR at Zagrebačka banka, where they served in various roles such as HR Business Partner, Head of HR Support, HR Planning & Reporting, and Project Leader in Application development from 1997 to 2016.

Dražen Kvež completed their High School Diploma at MIOC from 1983 to 1987. Dražen then attained a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 1989 to 1996.
