Sargam Saraf is an experienced professional in sustainability and strategic communications, currently serving as an Engagement Manager and Senior Strategist at Addison since August 2022. Previously, Sargam held the role of Senior Account Director at Flag, where partnership with Fortune 500 companies focused on strategic sustainability solutions and relationship management with senior leadership. Sargam also worked as ESG/Sustainability Project Manager at Danaher Corporation, overseeing ESG communications and data strategies, and setting public environmental reduction and diversity targets. At BASF, as a Senior Sustainability Specialist, Sargam contributed to numerous customer-focused sustainability projects.
