Hunter Poerksen

Hunter Poerksen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Hunter started their career as a Patient Services Coordinator at MyEyeDr. in 2019, where they worked until January 2020. From November 2020 to May 2021, Hunter served as a Research Intern at Sentara Healthcare. Following this, they joined Addison Group in June 2021 as a Recruiter, before being promoted to Senior Recruiter in September 2022. Currently, Hunter holds the position of Recruiting Team Lead at Addison Group, starting from February 2023. Prior to their professional roles, Hunter worked as a Front End Cashier at Wegmans Food Markets from August 2015 to May 2021.

Hunter Poerksen attended James Madison University from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration. They also pursued minors in Business and Spanish during their time at the university. Prior to college, Hunter attended Stone Bridge High School from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Hunter obtained several certifications including "Being a Good Mentor," "Exploring the Top Entry-Level Jobs in Healthcare," "Leadership: Practical Skills," and "Learning Excel 2019" from LinkedIn in 2021.
