Khary Jeffers

Khary Jeffers is an accomplished quality and continuous improvement engineer with extensive experience in project management and organizational efficiency. Currently serving as a Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer at Addison HVAC since August 2020, Khary utilizes expertise in process establishment, monitoring, and corrective action implementation using 5S methodology. As the founder of KSJ Consulting, Khary specializes in strategic solutions and project management, achieving significant safety and efficiency improvements in warehouse design. Previous roles include project manager at Got-Rack.com, warehouse solutions specialist at Crown Lift Trucks, logistics area manager at Walmart Distribution Center, and director/manager of admissions at Corinthian Colleges. Khary holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Research from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Geography and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
