Petar Mandich is a seasoned professional in talent management and entertainment, currently serving as Chief Talent Officer and Co-Founder of ADDITION since January 2013, where the company specializes in providing strategic direction to brands and talent focused on young adult audiences across various digital platforms. Prior to ADDITION, Petar Mandich held roles as Talent Manager at Collective Digital Studio, Artist Management & Tour Marketing at The Collective, and contributed to Music & Radio Promotion at Warner Bros. Records. Earlier experience includes IT consulting and venue management at the University of Southern California, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2010.
