Trevor Richardson

Trevor Richardson has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Trevor co-founded Address Income in 2023, where they currently serve as a broker. Prior to that, they worked at Dickson Commercial Group from 2015 to 2022 as a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Multifamily Specialist, helping the company become the market leader in small multifamily transactions in the Reno market. From 2012 to 2015, Trevor was an AVP Acquisitions Officer at AMH, responsible for identifying and acquiring distressed single-family assets across the US. Trevor also worked at AMA Construct Inc. in 2012 as an Acquisition Officer, focusing on the acquisitions and rehabilitation of distressed single-family real estate. Trevor's early experience includes working as the Reno/Sacramento Operations Manager at Arctus Holdings from 2011 to 2012, where they were involved in the acquisitions and rehabilitation of distressed single-family real estate.

Trevor Richardson attended Bishop Manogue Catholic High School from 2000 to 2004. Trevor then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating between 2005 and 2010. In 2015, Trevor obtained a Nevada Real Estate License. Trevor is also expected to obtain a certification in Address Income in December 2023.
