Kevin Herrholtz has over 20 years of experience in the customer success and education industries. In 2001, they began their career as a Teacher for Hillsborough County Public Schools. In 2008, they joined Turning Technologies as a Client Onboarding Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Client Onboarding and Tech Support and then Vice President of Customer Success and Solutions. In 2015, they became an Adjunct Instructor for Bryant & Stratton College. In 2020, they founded Client Success Central and served as the Founder and CEO, providing guidance and consultation on establishing client health scores. In 2021, they joined Veracity Verification Solutions as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success, and in 2022 they became the Vice President of Client Success for AddShoppers.
Kevin Herrholtz has obtained a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of North Dakota, as well as a Bachelors of Science from Youngstown State University. Kevin also holds two certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from LitheSpeed obtained in 2018 and a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER obtained in December 2017.
