Debbie Wrice

Debbie Wrice is an experienced Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Addus HomeCare since July 2021, following an extensive career at Farmers Insurance from November 1990 to November 2018. At Farmers Insurance, Debbie provided HR expertise to a client group of approximately 400 Claims employees and led investigations and resolutions of employee issues. Responsibilities included consulting with managers on various employee-related issues, educating management on performance management practices, and assisting with performance appraisals. Debbie's efforts in driving continuous improvement initiatives in human resources significantly contributed to employee retention, performance management success, and enhanced employee morale. Education was pursued at The University of Akron from 1987 to 1988.
