Suumit Joshii is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer and Head of Business Excellence at Addverb, Suumit has previously held significant roles including Head of Learning & Organizational Development at Endurance Technologies Ltd., and GM of Learning & Organization Development at KEC International Ltd. Suumit is also the Founder and Director of Simple n Positive Solutions and a Visiting Faculty at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. Suumit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
