Jesse Flookes

Jesse F. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the real estate and property management industry. Starting in 2014, they served as an Operations Manager at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where they managed daily operations, implemented KPIs, and handled customer service and sales. From 2016 to 2018, Jesse worked as a Senior Asset Manager at WERKLIV, focusing on property and project management for properties suitable for university students. In 2019, they joined Leyad Property Development as a Real Estate Development Manager, overseeing project management, planning, permitting, and execution of residential developments in Montreal. Additionally, they liaised with brokers, construction teams, designers, tenants, and city officials. In 2020, Jesse took on the role of Leasing Manager at Padly, a small development and property management company, where they handled marketing, staging, and closing rental properties. Currently, Jesse is working as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager at addy.
