Chad Collins

Chad Collins is an experienced professional currently serving as a Governing Council Member at Nailsworth Primary School since March 2024. In addition, Collins has held the position of General Practitioner Liaison at Adelaide PHN since July 2018, focusing on strategy, planning, and performance, and has also worked as the NALHN GP Liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network. Serving as a Specialist General Practitioner at Harbour Medical Services since 2014, Collins previously worked as a Medical Officer for the Australian Army from January 2006 to December 2017, including a role as Task Group Medical Officer for 7 RAR at Multi-National Base Tarin Kowt. Collins is pursuing advanced education with a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at Flinders University, alongside a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from The Australian National University and other degrees in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science and Sports and Exercise from the University of Canberra.
