Mike Smith

Mike Smith has extensive experience in information technology leadership, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology and Telecommunications at Adelante Development Center, Inc. since April 2015. In this role, Mike oversees the planning, organizing, and execution of IT functions across multiple locations, ensuring that IT operations align with customer requirements while maintaining existing solutions and developing new technical initiatives. Prior to this, Mike held positions such as Manager of Information Technology and Systems Administrator, managing daily IT operations and utilizing role-based access control. Previously, Mike worked at Tricore Reference Laboratory as Supervisor of PC LAN Support, where responsibilities included resolving complex technical issues. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as a Systems Administrator at the New Mexico Medical Review Association and as a Senior IT Specialist at Energy Transfer Corp., providing essential support for various IT systems and networks.
