Michelle L. Hill, DNP, APRN-RNP, AGNP-C, currently serves as an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Adelante Healthcare since September 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Sage Hospice, Primary and Palliative Care, from January to June 2023, focusing on mobile primary care and chronic care management for geriatric patients in various settings.
