Jorge Caicedo

Jorge Caicedo, D.Sc., is an experienced R&D specialist with a strong focus on power electronics and energy systems. Currently serving as an R&D Specialist at ADELCO SISTEMAS DE ENERGIA, Jorge has developed advanced industrial modular-UPS systems and conducted detailed analyses using mathematical modeling. Previous roles include R&D Project Leader at Laboratório de Eletrônica de Potência e Média Tensão, where Jorge managed AI-driven projects for failure detection in electrical systems, and Director of Embedded Systems at Powersave Soluções de Tecnologia em Energia, leading smart meter development. Jorge holds a Doctor of Science in Power Electronics and multiple degrees, including an MBA in Project Management.
