Theresa Wildgrube

Dr. Theresa Wildgrube is a seasoned professional in climate economics and public policy, currently serving as Co-Lead for Carbon Markets and Pricing and Senior Advisor at adelphi since September 2021, focusing on enhancing carbon pricing frameworks for effective climate action. Prior experience includes a role as Research Associate at the Institute of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne, where work centered on sector coupling, energy policy, and climate economics from April 2016 to August 2021. Dr. Wildgrube also served as a Public Policy Consultant at Fundación IDEA/C230 Consultores, managing projects in energy, climate change, and sustainability from August 2012 to December 2015, and as an External Consultant for Climate Analytics in 2014. Dr. Wildgrube holds a Dr. rer. pol. in Climate Economics from the University of Cologne (2016-2024), a Master of Science in Economics and Management Science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (2009-2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Technische Universität Dresden (2006-2009).
