Patrik Dekeyser

Patrik Dekeyser has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Patrik began their career as an Operations Agent at Flying Tigers in 1986. Patrik then joined SWIFT in 1988. At SWIFT, they served as the Manager of Logistics Services from 1988 to 1999 and later as a Senior Product Manager from 2000 to 2002.

In 2008, Dekeyser returned to SWIFT and held various managerial roles, including Manager of End-to-End Ordering and Quality, Measurement and Support. Patrik was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and implementation-readiness of incoming orders and delivering adequate quality measures to meet departmental objectives.

Dekeyser also worked at U-FOCUS Consultancy Services as an Expert in Business Process Optimisation, Change Management, and Business Continuity starting in 2017. Patrik later became an Advisor at IKMW and the owner of U-FOCUS Consulting Services in 2018.

From 2014 to 2016, Dekeyser served as the Head of Office Automation Operations at SWIFT, and from 2016 to 2017, they were the Head of the Service Coordination Office in the Enterprise Operations Department.

Dekeyser has extensive experience in consultancy, as well. Patrik was a Senior Consultant and later the Managing Director of Celior Consulting, where they specialized in implementing continuous improvement programs and coaching employees to become engaged continuous improvement leaders.

Currently, Dekeyser is working as a Business Consultant at ADESA Europe, a role that they assumed in 2020.

Patrik Dekeyser has a strong educational background with a diverse range of studies. Patrik'seducation history begins with their secondary education at Sint-Stanislasinstituut Zaventem, where they pursued a general education from 1965 to 1977.

Patrik then went on to complete their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Pedagogy at KU Leuven, from 1979 to 1981. During this time, they also focused on English and Dutch studies, completing another Master's degree.

In 1994, Patrik Dekeyser pursued a postgraduate program in Business Management at KU Leuven, further expanding their knowledge in this field.

In 2006, they attended Vlerick Business School and studied Leading for High Performance. This program lasted until 2007.

In 2010, Patrik Dekeyser enrolled in Vlerick Business School once again, this time focusing on Operational Excellence. Patrik completed this program in 2011.

Lastly, in 2017 and 2018, they obtained a Black Belt Six Sigma Certificate from IKMW, adding to their expertise in this field.
