Dr. Patricia Isabirye

Dr. Patricia Isabirye serves as the Chief Of Staff at Adeso since April 2022, collaborating closely with the Executive Director to strengthen relationships with team members and partners while managing programs and analyses to aid in decision-making. In addition to this role, Dr. Isabirye holds positions as an Associate Researcher at the University of Johannesburg and a Research and Development Associate at IALE, both since March 2022 and February 2021, respectively. Previously, Dr. Isabirye accumulated extensive experience in program development and management at Adeso in various capacities from 2007 to 2016, and worked with organizations such as the Danish Agency for International Development and American Institute for Research. Dr. Isabirye holds a PhD in Leadership, an MPhil in Leadership in Emerging Countries, and two master's degrees in Development and International Relations, and Mass Communications.
