Hendrik Niklas Grüger has a diverse work experience in sales and business leadership roles. Hendrik Niklas is currently the Head of Sales Health at adesso SE, where they lead a dedicated sales team specializing in developing and implementing customized digital solutions for the healthcare sector. Prior to that, they were the Geschäftsführer at Gruepi GmbH. Hendrik also has experience with vitagroup, where they served as Vice President Sales & Sales Operations and Key Account Manager. Hendrik Niklas worked at adesso SE as a Senior Sales Manager and Cluster Lead Sales Public Healthcare. Earlier in their career, they were involved with SuperOffice GmbH as a Sales Neukunden and ADandGO GbR as the Owner, having received an EXIST Scholarship for Entrepreneurs.

Hendrik Niklas Grüger attended TU Dortmund University from 2003 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann, focusing on Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In 2008 and 2009, they also studied at Gdansk University of Technology, specializing in Management and Economics.
