Milica Markovic

Milica Markovic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering, data science, and research. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Software Engineer at adesso Schweiz AG since August 2022, Milica previously contributed as a Software Engineer at Paranor, focusing on automated warning systems for railway construction sites. Prior experience includes data science at Universitätsspital Basel, where Milica developed R packages for data management and reporting, and worked as a Scientific Data and Model Curator at EPFL, specializing in FAIR research data. Milica's career began as a Scientific Associate at the Friedrich Miescher Institute, culminating in a PhD in Neurobiology and multiple publications in prestigious journals.
