Luana Passos has a robust background in human resources and personnel analysis, currently serving as an Analista de Pessoas e Análises PL at Adeste since April 2021, following earlier roles as an Analista de Pessoas e Análises Jr. From May 2018 to April 2021, Luana worked at Meglio Contabilidade do Futuro as an Assistente de Departamento Pessoal, where notable achievements included the implementation of eSocial in over 100 companies and providing payroll consultancy.
