Ivana Srdikj

Ivana Srdikj has a diverse work experience. Ivana started their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant at VIKS DOOEL Skopje. In 2012, they began working as a Freelance Translator for Goodies MK, Skopje. Ivana also worked as a Freelance Interpreter and Translator for ELEKTROINVEST from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they also worked as an English Teacher at Lion School of Foreign Languages from 2013 to 2017, using interactive and creative English teaching methods for both children and adults. In 2017, they became a Copywriter for Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore / Master in Corporate Communication. Ivana also worked as a Digital Marketing Presentation and Training for Maestria Treinamentos in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Client Reception, Customer Service, and GoogleAds Manager at Komnataquest, independently managing all aspects of the escape room, setting and re-setting the rooms, problem-solving, providing enthusiastic service and improving customers' experience, and tracking payments and results. Ivana also created and monitored Google Ads campaigns. Finally, in 2020, they became a Marketing & Business English Teacher for EnAIP Piemonte and, in 2021, they began working as a Community Manager for Adeva.

Ivana Srdikj received a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature (Interpreting Stream) from the Faculty of Philology "Blaze Koneski" at "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje, Macedonia in 2012. In 2013, they obtained an Authorized Court Translator from Macedonian into English and vice versa from Primary Court I and Primary Court II, Skopje, Macedonia. In 2010, they received a Certificate of Achievement for Attending at The Sixth International ELTAM Conference. In 2006, they obtained an FCE First Certificate in English. Ivana also has a Certificate of Attendance in Teacher Training Seminar. In 2017, they completed a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
