Alejandro Serrano

Alejandro Serrano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alejandro most recently worked at Adevinta as the Senior Product Director - Strategy & Product Ops, where they were responsible for overseeing product strategy and operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Product Strategy at Adevinta.

Before joining Adevinta, Alejandro worked at The Hero Camp as a Trainer, where they facilitated training programs. Alejandro also has extensive experience at Adevinta Spain, where they served as the Product Director for InfoJobs and Milanuncios. In these roles, they were responsible for shaping and implementing product vision and roadmap, as well as leading and managing product teams.

Earlier in their career, Alejandro worked at American & British Academy - ABA English as the VP Product. Alejandro also held various positions at Softonic, including Product Director and Senior Product Manager, where they led product, marketing, and content operations functions.

Before entering the tech industry, Alejandro worked at Buongiorno as a Global Product Manager and in business development roles. Alejandro also gained consulting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services.

Alejandro started their career with an internship at Universidad Carlos III. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in product strategy, leadership, and business consulting throughout their career.

Alejandro Serrano obtained a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 1998 to 2004. During their time there, they studied Signal Theory, Data treatment, Systems, Networks, Electronics, and other related subjects. Additionally, they pursued a Remote Sensing Masters degree at the University of Reading from 2003 to 2004, focusing on Physics. In 2013, Serrano obtained a Product Management Certification from Tarigo Ltd.
