Carel van Spanje

Carel van Spanje has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in various companies and roles. Carel is currently working at Adevinta as the Director, Regional Group Controller. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, eCG Global Group Controller at eBay, where they were responsible for financial reporting in a fast-growing, international business. Carel also served as the Global Group Controller at eBay Classifieds Group. Before joining eBay, Carel worked at Ordina as the Group Business Controller. Carel also gained valuable experience at Heineken, Markit, and Linxtelecom in different financial roles. Carel started their career at KPN as a District Controller before moving on to become the Controller External Reporting.
