Alvaro Castillo

Alvaro Castillo has extensive experience in technical support and IT management, currently serving as Supervisor Técnico Terreno at Adexus since October 2022, focusing on technical support for internal users and computer equipment configuration. From March 2012, Alvaro has also provided particular computing support through Soporte Computacion. Previous roles include Chargé de System at Incoseg Spa, where responsibilities included user-level HW and SW support, IP telephony administration, and server management, as well as similar support roles at Peide International. Alvaro held the position of Jefe Servicio Tecnológico at Instituto Profesional AIEP and Universidad de las Americas, overseeing IT operations and lab functionality. Alvaro holds a degree in Ingeniería en Ejecución en Informática with a focus on network connectivity from Universidad de Las Américas.
