Balbir Singh

Balbir Singh is the current Vice President of Manufacturing at ADF Foods Ltd. Balbir has previously held positions as General Manager Operations at Haldiram Snacks Pvt.Ltd, DGM Operations at Haldiram Snacks P Ltd, and Assistant General Manager at Haldiram Snacks (P) Ltd. Prior to their work in the snack industry, Balbir worked as a Sr. Manager at ADF Foods Limited on a deputation basis. Balbir has also worked as a Food Technologist and QC/QA & R&D Manager.

Balbir completed their Baking Science & Technology MBA from AIB International in the USA. Balbir then went on to complete their M.Sc in Food Technology from the State Institute of Food Processing Technology. Balbir also has a degree in Agri.Botany from Purvanchal University.

Their manager is Bimal R. Thakkar, Chairman & MD. They are on a team with Devang Gandhi - Chief Operating Officer, Shardul Doshi - Chief Financial Officer, and Purvi Dwivedi - GM, Accounts.
