Nikhil Dey offers over 20 years of experience in both the agency and corporate sides of communications, and works as an Executive Director at Adfactor PR. A post-graduate in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, Nikhil is an MBA from International Management Institute, Delhi. His inclination and passion towards coaching has led him to get certified as a life and leadership coach from the Coach for Life institute, which is recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Nikhil is an expert in discovering ways to better add value to client campaigns, infuse creativity in public relations, and build a culture of continuous learning in the industry. He has been named by PRWeek among the most influential PR professionals as part of the Global Power Book 2016. More recently, he has been included in the Reputation Today #Power50 and 100 most important professionals list for 2019 and 2020.

As a big believer in the potential of professional coaching to catalyse growth and having benefited from coaching himself for many years, it was a natural next step for him to get certified. He likes to refer to himself as a communicator by profession and a coach by passion. He is a volunteer coach serving CoachesForYou, a support initiative of the ICF coach community in India.

He shares his valuable business and PR insights through several communication courses and guest lectures at reputable institutions from time to time. Some of these esteemed institutions include the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Xavier’s institute of communication, SCoRe, ISB Hyderabad, Symbiosis Pune, Delhi School of Communication, International Management Institute, Lady Sriram College, Institute for Technology and Management, KC College of Management, and Apeejay Institute of Management.

Nikhil Dey has been associated with the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) in various capacities starting in 2009 as the chairperson for the Northern region. and then taking on a role as the Vice President in 2012, subsequently serving as a member of its Constitutional and Advisory Committee (CAC).
