Renuka Neelagandan

Renuka Neelagandan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Renuka started their career in 2012 as an Industrial Trainee at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where they worked as an Aircraft Failure Analyst. In 2013, they interned at BEML LTD. In 2016, Renuka had a PR internship at Ogilvy Public Relations, where they gained experience in media mapping, competition analysis, and drafting articles and press releases. Renuka then joined Adfactors PR in 2017 as a Senior Account Executive, where they worked until 2020. During their time at Adfactors PR, they handled multiple accounts and gained expertise in account management. Renuka briefly worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Prime Venture Partners in 2020. Renuka then joined Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd in 2021 as an Associate Manager. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Adfactors PR. Overall, Renuka has a strong background in public relations, account management, and marketing.

Renuka Neelagandan began their education by completing high school at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1996 to 2010, where they studied PCMCs. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, graduating in 2014. Renuka then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Media & Communications from Symbiosis Institute Of Media And Communication, Pune, between 2015 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Renuka Neelagandan obtained a certification in Digital Marketing and Communication from MICA (Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad) in May 2020.
