Stephanie Paul

Stephanie Paul has a diverse work experience in the field of public relations and customer care. Stephanie is currently working at Adfactors PR as an Account Manager, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Genesis BCW as a Senior Associate in the Step-Up/Start-ups division from June 2015 to July 2018. Stephanie also has experience as a Senior PR Executive at Carmine Communications from November 2013 to May 2015. In addition, they worked at Priyadarshini Academy as a PR Executive Resource & Mobilization in June 2012. Stephanie's earliest work experience was at IBM Daksh, where they worked as a Customer Care Executive from September 2009 to May 2012, handling customer queries and complaints for Deutsche Bank and IndusInd Bank.

Stephanie Paul completed a PG Diploma in Digital Marketing and Communication at upGrad.com from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from KC College of Management Studies (KCCMS) in 2013. In 2008, Stephanie received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from St. Andrews College. Their educational journey began at Carmelite Convent English High School, where they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in 2003.
