Vishal Joepaul Innocent

Vishal Joepaul Innocent has a diverse range of work experience. Vishal Joepaul started their career at CCD TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Procurement Engineer, where they managed procurement and logistics for multiple projects across India. Vishal Joepaul then worked at Abbott as an Operations Management Intern, focusing on optimizing inventory levels, improving the supply chain, and developing SOPs for purchasing policies.

Vishal also had roles at the International Relations Committee and Prayaas- IIM Raipur Marathon during their time at IIM Raipur. At Prayaas, they served as the Head of Documentation and later as a Team Member of Documentation. At the International Relations Committee, they held roles as a Coordinator and an Executive Member.

Currently, Vishal is at Adfactors PR, where they have progressed from being a Management Trainee to Assistant Manager, Manager, and finally Senior Manager in CMD's Office. In this role, they have been involved in digital transformation projects, leading the implementation of new systems and redesigning the company's website and intranet. Vishal Joepaul has also contributed to business development by formulating and executing cross-selling policies to increase the company's revenue.

Vishal Joepaul Innocent has a diverse education history. Vishal Joepaul completed their Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM Easwari Engineering College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.

Before entering college, Vishal also completed their schooling at Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1997 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Vishal has obtained various certifications. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India. In 2017, they received an Agile Project Management Training & Certification from Henry Harvin Education (ICAN). Furthermore, in the same year, they obtained a Supply Chain Management Executive certification from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
