Lashell M. has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources and administrative fields. Lashell started their career at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital in 2006 as a Lead Human Resources Generalist and then moved on to Dimensions Healthcare System as a Human Resources Business Partner in 2011. From 2014 to 2017, Lashell worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MedStar Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization. Lashell then joined Events DC in 2017, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Employee Engagement, Director of Performance Excellence, and Sr. Director of Administrative Services and Performance Excellence. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Adfinitas Health as of April 2023. Lashell has extensive experience managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance excellence initiatives throughout their career.

Lashell M. has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
