Lars Dybkjær

Lars Dybkjær is the founding Partner of GRO Capital and has served as Vice-Chairman of the Board since 30 April 2019. Lars is driven by strategic transformation, and focuses on what pain points GRO Capital’s portfolio companies solve for their end customer. He specializes in collaborating with management teams to identify clarity in their strategy, and sourcing enablers for accelerated growth. Previously, Lars was Managing Partner at DKA Capital (former Dansk Kapitalanlæg), which focuses on investments in mature technology companies such as TIA Technology, Secunia, Traen and Reson.

Before this, Lars was Venture Partner and Head of Danisco Venture. He was also Managing Director and co-founder of Pentamind A/S (an IT service company sold to Ad-pepper). Lars has also been employed in corporate finance in London and Copenhagen, mainly at SEB Enskilda. Lars holds a Global Executive MBA from Trium (NYU Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and HEC school of Management Paris), an MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen, along with a Masters in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara. Lars is involved across GRO Capital’s portfolio companies.
