Adam Colasanto has over 12 years of professional experience in customer service and market research. Adam began their career in 2007 as an Analyst for Paychex. Adam then worked for GEICO as a Supervisor from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they moved to Crimson Hexagon as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2015, they joined Dynamic Yield as a Customer Success Manager. In 2016, they began working for Edelman Intelligence as a Manager of Market Research and was promoted to Senior Manager of Market Research. In 2018, they joined ICUC as Director of Client Services and was later promoted to Director of Measurement and Insights. In 2020, they became the Head of Client Services for Vizit, the world's first visual intelligence company.
