Justin Chance

Justin Chance, MS, currently serves as a Senior Inside Sales Representative at ADI Global Distribution since September 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held positions at Ferguson Enterprises as an Inside Sales Trainee and at PRA Health Sciences as a Project Associate. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Workforce Diversity Intern at the NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM), where Justin assessed minority representation and addressed specific needs within the organization's minority population. Justin also interned in the Treasurer's office for the City of Norfolk, VA, assisting with tax collection and cash flow monitoring. Justin obtained a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Norfolk State University.
