Abhilasha Bahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fashion and retail industries. Currently serving as Director Product Owner Omnichannel Fulfillment and Director Strategy and Transformation at adidas since September 2021, Abhilasha previously held the position of Business Head - Women's Private Brands at udaan.com, where responsibilities included P&L management, brand creation, sourcing, and merchandising. Abhilasha co-founded Plush Living, a luxury bedding brand, and has significant experience at Reliance Retail as Business Head for Fashion & Lifestyle, Flipkart.com as Head of Women's Apparel, and Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited as Product Lead. Education includes an MBA in Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, along with a recent certification in User Experience Design from Google.
