Director, Business Planning And Operations at Adidas

Reo Oji has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2012, they worked at adidas, initially as the Chief Sales, Key Account Management, where they conducted consultative sales for key accounts and led growth strategies for the Kids category. Reo created and executed a marketing plan for the biggest account for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. From 2015 to 2018, they took on the role of Assistant Manager, Key Account Management, where they continued to conduct consultative sales for key accounts and led growth strategies, this time for the Football category. Reo also collaborated on the growth strategies for the Reebok brand. From 2018 to 2021, they became a Business Planning and Operations Manager, overseeing over 15 cross-functional projects focused on operational optimization and building a holistic support model for focus doors. As a Senior Manager of Business Planning and Operations from 2021 to 2022, they managed and led cross-functional projects with a focus on distribution strategy and drove the global key city project for +35% growth. In 2022, they assumed the role of Director, Business Planning and Operations, where they developed and executed 5-year annual growth strategies/plan and an annual business plan to achieve net sales and contribution margin targets. Reo also led a growth strategy considering distribution channels, accounts mix, and sell-in/sell-out/inventory balance. Prior to adidas, they worked at Softbank Mobile as a Sales Specialist in Sales and Business Development, where they conducted consultative sales and achieved top sales performance among over 300 sales representatives across all offices.

Reo Oji obtained a Bachelor of Policy Management degree in U.S. Constitution from Keio University in 2008. In 2011-2012, they pursued International Diploma Programs in Management and Business Track, specializing in Business Administration and Marketing, from the University of California, Berkeley. They also hold additional certifications in Project Management Foundations, Unconscious Bias, Systems Administration, and achieved a TOEIC score of 950 points.
