Adriana Loureiro

Adriana Loureiro has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Program Management at Adient since October 2016. Prior experience at Johnson Controls spans over two decades, where Adriana held multiple leadership roles, including Product Engineering Director and Chief Engineer, overseeing cross-functional teams and coordinating the development and launch of automotive seating programs. Previous positions include purchasers at Marles and saleswoman at Alpargatas Santista. Adriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from FEI and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Additionally, Adriana is a Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on engineering area improvements and project support.
