Dusan Valient

Dusan Valient serves as the Director of the Trenčín Technology Center and Engineering Operations at Adient since January 2017, overseeing the largest automotive development center in Slovakia with over 500 employees. As EMEA Leader for Value Engineering and Value Analysis, Dusan is responsible for engineering operations and cross-functional leadership in product development. Their previous roles include Chief Engineer at Adient, focusing on program budgets in the Seat System Product Design Area, and Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls, specializing in complete seat system development. Prior experience includes R&D Manager at Leoni, where Dusan established the R&D Department in Trenčín, and R&D Engineer, contributing to automotive wiring solutions and rapid prototyping. Dusan holds a Dipl-Eng degree in Special Technics from Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka v Trencíne.
