Omprakash Bhingardeve

Omprakash Bhingardeve is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations for Adient Malaysia since October 2016, Omprakash oversees a team of over 600 personnel and manages manufacturing strategies for key clients including Honda and Benz, generating annual revenues exceeding US$ 150 million. Previously, Omprakash held the position of Head of Program Management in India, driving new product development for multiple customers across the country. With a background that includes significant roles at Johnson Controls, where Omprakash was DGM Operations and Plant Manager, and earlier experience in maintenance at Dewpoint Air Systems and Cipla Ltd., Omprakash possesses a strong foundation in operational leadership, engineering, and maintenance management. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Executive Management Program from SP Jain Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from BITS Pilani, and a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, Karad.
