Peter Kapralik

Peter Kapralik has extensive experience in design engineering, particularly in the automotive industry. Starting in KUKA Werkzeugbau, Peter worked as a Design Engineer focusing on press tool development for automotive in CATIA. Transitioning to Adient, Peter currently holds the title of Engineering Manager, overseeing seat Locks applications and managing a team of designers and product engineers. Additionally, with a background in Johnson Controls as a Lead Engineer, Peter has led projects for Volvo and Toyota, ensuring design adherence to legal and customer requirements, managing communication with suppliers, and providing support throughout the production process.
