Roman Horak

Roman Horak is an experienced IT manager with a strong background in Unix/Linux and System Administration, currently leading high-performance teams at Adient since April 2014. Responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 34 members across multiple countries, overseeing server and OS lifecycle management, developing talent, and ensuring system reliability within defined SLAs. Roman advocates for ITIL standards and has successfully implemented various service enhancements, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to Adient, Roman gained experience as a Tier 2 Technician at AT&T and as an IT Support Technician at Ajilon. Roman holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
