Zuzana Mekelova

Zuzana Mekelova has over a decade of experience in the compensation and benefits field, currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation at Adient since May 2016, where prior roles included Global Compensation Manager and Senior Consultant in Compensation & Benefits. Before joining Adient, Zuzana worked at Johnson Controls from March 2011 to May 2016, progressing from Jr Analyst to Compensation & Benefits Consultant. Zuzana holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Management from Worms (2009 - 2011) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management and Economics from Zlin (2005 - 2008).
