Daan de Vos

Daan de Vos has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Daan is currently working as an NPI Engineer at Adimec Advanced Image Systems bv since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Factory Engineer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) from January 2021 to February 2022.

From 2018 to 2020, Daan was a Process Engineer at LouwersHanique, where they were responsible for process optimization. Daan also worked as a Graduate Student at LouwersHanique for a brief period in 2017.

Before joining LouwersHanique, Daan worked at VDL parts b.v. as a Documentalist from September 2012 to September 2017. In this role, they organized and edited bills of materials and technical drawings. Daan also undertook a side project focused on improving the quality of documentation procedures within the department.

Daan gained internship experience at Lectoraat Applied Natural Sciences in 2014, 2M SENSORS LIMITED from 2010 to 2012, Dutch Holographic Laboratory B.V. in 2009, Festo in 2009, Halin B.V. in 2008, and VDL PMB-UVA bv in 2007. In these internships, they gained hands-on experience in physical design and testing, as well as various aspects of engineering and research.

Daan de Vos pursued their education starting from 2007 to 2011 at Summa College. During this time, they completed a BOL 4 Mechatronica degree in Mechanics, Electronics, and Control Theory.

Following their time at Summa College, Daan de Vos continued their educational journey at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2018. Here, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics.
