Elodie Strasbach

Elodie Strasbach currently serves as Directrice des ressources humaines at Würth France since April 2023 and holds a concurrent role as Directrice des ressources humaines at ADIS since August 2021. Prior to these positions, Strasbach was DRH site at L'Oréal from April 2020 to July 2021 and spent nearly a decade at Clarins, progressing from Human Resources Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager, with responsibilities in change management. Earlier in their career, Strasbach was Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Brasseries Kronenbourg from 2006 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Droit de l entreprise, droit social et protection sociale from the University of Strasbourg and a coaching certification from CAPP in 2021.
