Razia Khatoon

Razia Khatoon possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Manager - People & Culture at Aditi Consulting since August 2019, after progressively advancing through roles including Assistant Manager, Lead, and Senior Executive in the same domain. Previously, Razia worked at SoftNice from September 2014 to August 2019, initially as Senior Executive and later as Executive Human Resources and Social Media Expert, contributing to staffing solutions for various enterprises. Razia began the career as an HR Trainee and Customer Service Executive at The Minacs Group. In terms of education, Razia holds a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology honors from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, along with a Higher Secondary Certificate from Loreto Day School Sealdah.
