Josh Deckard

Josh Deckard has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as a Principal Architect at Aditude, Inc., which they joined in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Largely from 2019 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Technology Advisor and Principal Software Engineer. At Largely, they were responsible for leading the engineering team, conceptualizing tech stack and infrastructure, and managing development and operations. Before Largely, Josh worked at Verint as a Senior Software Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Prior to Verint, they had a long stint at Multiply (formerly Answers) from 2013 to 2017 as a Lead Software Engineer, where they built and maintained large-scale services and APIs, led teams, and launched new products. Josh's career began at the North American Retail Hardware Association in 2011 as a Software Engineer, where they launched new products, supported legacy systems, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders.

Josh Deckard received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Mathematics & Engineering Transfer from St. Louis Community College in 2013. Josh went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016.
