Febri Siahaan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in senior HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President HR at Aditya Birla Group since July 2017, Febri oversees the personal and human resources functions. Previous experience includes General Manager HR at Kuehne + Nagel, where strategic organizational development was a key focus, along with roles as Country HR Head/HRBP at APL Logistics and General Manager HR at PT. ASIA PACIFIC FIBERS Tbk.
