Shatrughan Singh has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1992. Shatrughan has held various roles in companies such as Aditya Birla Group, Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd, Lodha Group, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, Intel Corporation, Skanska, Continental Construction Limited, EMA Unihorn, and RDS Project Ltd.

In their most recent role as Chief Commercial Officer, B2B eCommerce at Aditya Birla Group, they are responsible for building the Birla Pivot eCommerce platform and architecting quality products to enhance user experience.

Prior to that, as Vice President - Head of Contracts at Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd, they developed large residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Shatrughan transformed the function through digitization, system-based controls, documented policies, and fit-for-case project delivery strategies.

Shatrughan was responsible for award and performance management of construction contracts and sourcing materials and contracts worth over $300M annually.

During their time at Goldman Sachs as Vice President - India Head, Procurement & Commercial Management, they played a key role in setting up vendor bases and oversaw sourcing strategy formulation, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and risk management across various categories.

At Honeywell, they served as the Real Estate and Construction Procurement Manager - India & Middle East, leading the consolidation of the real estate and construction category and implementing eSourcing processes.

As the Asia Regional Supplier Manager and Construction Contracts Manager at Intel Corporation, they managed sourcing efforts for various Intel campuses, data centers, labs, and expansion projects across Asia.

Shatrughan also held roles at Skanska, Continental Construction Limited, EMA Unihorn, and RDS Project Ltd, contributing to project management, planning, contracts, and engineering.

Shatrughan Singh obtained their B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
