Malcolm Styers has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Malcolm is currently the Director of the Program Management Office at Adjacent Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Oracle Engagement Manager at Adjacent Solutions starting from February 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Malcolm worked as a Senior Workday Engagement Manager at Brinks Inc. - MCG. Their responsibilities included providing leadership and direction in technology and HR business for a Global Human Resources Workday implementation at Brinks, ensuring successful implementation, and managing project deliverables.

Before their time at Brinks, Malcolm held the position of Senior IT Manager, HR Systems at Flowserve from 2013 to 2018. Malcolm provided technical leadership and support for Corporate and Global Human Resources, managing and supporting the HR environments and establishing a technical vision and direction for attracting and retaining top talent.

Malcolm also served as a Manager of Program Management at Sapient, managing ERP, Call Center, and infrastructure projects, and as a Director at Intervoice, overseeing the implementation and support of IVR systems.
