Stephen Hagan

Stephen Hagan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in emergency management and training. Currently serving as a Trainer at the Finance Section Chief since August 2016, Stephen is qualified to teach the Finance Section Chief E/L0973 course and has also completed a Train the Trainer program at EMI in Emmitsburgh, MD. In addition to current roles, Stephen has been an Auditor at Adjusters International since May 2015. Previous experience includes a long tenure at the New York City Fire Department from 1990 to March 2015, where roles included IMT Type II Finance Section Chief, Cost Unit Leader, Time Unit Leader, and Lieutenant. Stephen also trained as a Finance Section Chief Trainee with the Southwest Type 1 IMT from June 2013 to December 2014. Academically, Stephen holds a BS in Public Accounting from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus.
